Ashok, is an Engineering graduate in Computer Sciences. In his 30 years of professional career, he headed the largest technical teams of supporting HP North America Consumer support during his tenure with Wipro and Brigade. Ashok is a Six Sigma champion and was instrumental in implementing Six Sigma quality initiatives in the corporate that he had worked earlier. He has managed the teams of over 2000 technical and quality personnel and was instrumental in establishing the Center of Excellence at Wipro. Ashok played a key role in transforming ACS from traditional IT services provider to a business solutions company offering latest technological solutions.
How It All Started
Forty years is probably not a long time in an absolute sense. But, with respect to the IT Industry it is akin to an aeon, involving a process of incredible evolution transcending many distinctive eras. And, we have been through all those momentous phases in the development of Computing Technology - Right there in the thick of the action, always. Indeed it gives us a tremendous sense of accomplishment to have shared the footprints on the sands of time with computing technology.
Establishing a strong foothold in the Information Technology industry with a totally new perspective, ACS Technologies offers a wide array of services catering to the ever growing and ever challenging IT industry. Founded in 1980 by a group of enterprising computer professionals who could envision business opportunities in the challenges thrown by this compelling and fast evolving technology. They put to excellent use, the rich experience they had imbibed earlier in their careers while working with leading organizations like IBM, Bell Labs, IIM, ECIL and ASCI.

Prabhakara Rao is a Chartered Accountant by profession and entrepreneur by choice. He is a seasoned financial professional who brings in 20 years of financial professional who brings in 20 years of financial, industrial expertise and specialization includes strategic planning & development of business model. He played key role in the Financing Strategy, Corporate Planning and Risk management and contributed to the company’s rapid growth in turnover and profitability. He is a Board Director for a Logistics and Transport Management Company, Promoter for an IT/ITES Company engaged in IT Infrastructure Management, Security Solutions and OTT Services. He has varied exposure in Agro based Seed Industry, Bulk Drug and Large Scale Dairy Industries.
CVSN Murthy
Independent Director
CVSN Murthy is an established veteran in the IT industry. He had rich and hands-on experience of over 40 years in IT and Communications. Murthy holds Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M Tech in Neural Networks.
Murthy had contributed extensively to the growth of ACS during his tenure as Managing Director for 25 years. He has started his career with a reputed management institute, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). He also had an association with Tera Software, KMC Constructions and Cosyn as Head of IT and Data Management Services. He is also an active Council member of Gerson and Lehrman Group(GLG), USA.
