Ashok Buddharaju
Chairman & Managing Director
Ashok, is an Engineering graduate in Computer Sciences. In his 30 years of professional career, he headed the largest technical teams of supporting HP North America Consumer support during his tenure with Wipro and Brigade. Ashok is a Six Sigma champion and was instrumental in implementing Six Sigma quality initiatives in the corporate that he had worked earlier. He has managed the teams of over 2000 technical and quality personnel and was instrumental in establishing the Center of Excellence at Wipro. Ashok played a key role in transforming ACS from traditional IT services provider to a business solutions company offering latest technological solutions.
Prabhakara Rao Alokam
CFO
Prabhakara Rao is a Chartered Accountant by profession and entrepreneur by choice. He is a seasoned financial professional who brings in 20 years of financial professional who brings in 20 years of financial, industrial expertise and specialization includes strategic planning & development of business model. He played key role in the Financing Strategy, Corporate Planning and Risk management and contributed to the company’s rapid growth in turnover and profitability. He is a Board Director for a Logistics and Transport Management Company, Promoter for an IT/ITES Company engaged in IT Infrastructure Management, Security Solutions and OTT Services. He has varied exposure in Agro based Seed Industry, Bulk Drug and Large Scale Dairy Industries.
CVSN Murthy
Independent Director
CVSN Murthy is an established veteran in the IT industry. He had rich and hands-on experience of over 40 years in IT and Communications. Murthy holds Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M Tech in Neural Networks. Murthy had contributed extensively to the growth of ACS during his tenure as Managing Director for 25 years. He has started his career with a reputed management institute, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). He also had an association with Tera Software, KMC Constructions and Cosyn as Head of IT and Data Management Services. He is also an active Council member of Gerson and Lehrman Group(GLG), USA.
Srinivasan Neti
Independent Director
Srinivasan Neti is a professional with over 30 years of corporate experience in the Indian industry. He did his MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and B.Tech from MS University, Baroda. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and championed several Six Sigma projects. He has spent the early part of his career with Blow Plast Ltd. and RPG Cellular (now Aircel) mainly in the Sales function. In 1998, he joined Brigade Corporation, a US based BPO firm and built the India operations from scratch to over 4,000 employees across 5 delivery centers. Then he shifted focus in 2009 to the education sector and was the Country Head of Laurus EduTech, one of India’s premier skill development organizations. In 2011, he joined the renowned Ryan International Group of Institutions as COO, where he currently oversees the operations of the group’s schools.
Dr. Swarna Subba Rao
Independent Director
Dr. Swarna Subba Rao brings a wealth of expertise across multiple sectors to ACS Technologies. As the former Surveyor General of India, he has made significant contributions to geospatial science and national development projects. Dr. Rao holds an M.Tech from NIT Warangal and is highly respected for his leadership in implementing state-of-the-art technology for surveying and mapping in India. He has advised on various technology-driven initiatives, with a deep understanding of data management, infrastructure development, and national planning.
Anitha Alokam
Director
Anitha Alokam has vast experience in the fields of administration and human resources management. Complex processes of employee hiring, training, performance appraisals have been simplified by Anitha Alokam by introducing dynamic employee review system. Inventory management, procurement and administrative work flows are exclusively created and managed by her.
